#Supergreat, it’s been over a year

…since I last had the brainspace to even consider adding anything here. What could better-describe what this is all like?

But here are the highlights.

The end of the homeschool year came and went. We moved, to a smaller and more expensive place, to get the kids back into school in general, and specifically into a school that would be better for them. But in the irony of ironies, we moved to Palo Alto, and with the smaller house, my office is a room built inside of the garage. It’s actually pretty great, bright with big windows and a skylight, but most importantly, I am now working on my startup from my GARAGE IN PALO ALTO.

The kids started school. I have very slowly unwound from homeschooling. The daytime has thinking-hours in it again (amazing!).

In November I figured out how to build a Django app and integrate Oauth and Stripe. And suddenly, with those roadblocks conquered, I had a platform to build on. I started in earnest. The only reason I know this was November is that it’s when I started a new Github project and did my first checkin. Otherwise, it’s hard to keep track of time!

A month or two ago I realized that with a little tweaking, so many of the tools I’ve made in the past could be turned into GA4 migration tools. Those are desperately needed. So I made adjustments and pivoted. There are a million things to do, but it all works. I’ve started sending it around a bit.

Which brings us to now. We’re just about ready for a beta launch here in the garage.
